Safety Protocol and Guidelines to avoid dehydration, overexertion, hypothermia and hyperthermia during MVPA participation.

DEHYDRATION

BEFORE - Make sure to drink water before to participate to MVPA.

DURING - Drink a glass of water, to help your body to absord the water rapidly. Avoid to drink a very cold water.

AFTER - Drink a water after engaging to MVPA then if you not feel better try drink some energy drink to feel better.


OVEREXERTION

BEFORE - Perform a 5 - 10 minutes warm - up before to engage to any physical exercise.

DURING - Maintain proper body positions to ensure safety.

AFTER - Make sure your muscle have an stretch and massage.


HYPOTHERMIA

BEFORE - Make sure to wear a right gear.

DURING - Feel your body conditions, do not abused your body due to activity.

AFTER - Expose your body to a good temperature to feel better.


HYPERTHERMIA 

BEFORE - Avoid to expose your body to extreme heat for long hours.

DURING - Feel your body conditions, do not abused your body under a extreme heat.

AFTER - If there something happen during activity, better to stop and seek for medical assistance.
